The house is a 52sqm house on ground, freshly painted and remodeled, renovated for a new era of adventures, opens at the main street, direct entrance, with 2 parking lots right in front, (my spot included because I live in the house right next to this one). It has a tiny but long patio (for smoking and wiew), nice rounded and fresh painted covers-wind shields above windows and entrance door, that makes the house stand out and easy to spot. Inside it has a hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, freshly redecorated with new furniture, decorative walls, murals, also full of everything you might need and ready for your adventure! For children 14 years old and above, a photo ID is required to be shown upon check-in. Please have that ready and available, in many cases parents present younger children as being 14 years old, in order to avoid paying the fee for children 13 and below. That fee is new but mandatory since I've had many damages to my property, repairs and big cleaning issues or repairs after families with young children. Thank you for understanding.
I'm a designer, set and interior designer, costumes also, (for theatre and film), well traveled, lived and worked abroad, mostly in the UK areas and The United States, most recently New York. What I love about hosting is making new friends potentially or just meeting various people and being able to accommodate them and find out about new ways, cultures and life diversity. I guess diversity is the word here, being able to feel like I travel even as I'm home, due to hosting foreigners or even new Romanians.
Besides the Afi Shopping Mall, Military Academy Subway Station, Cotroceni Palace and Cotroceni and 13 Septembrue Neighborhoods, in the nearest vecinity, on the parallel street from us, is the One Cotroceni Park, a very new Residential Complex with very cool wiew, restaurants, pizza places, coffee shops, supermarkets, cosmerics shops, promenade and parks nearby. You have Lidl, Carrefour and Mega Image near, also Auchan in the big Afi Cotroceni Shoppong Mall. For further Shopping, there's also Jumbo, kids and house supplies and decoration shopping. We have small and big parks in the area, we find ourselves in between Palaces, Cotroceni Palace and Parliament Palace, with the big National Cathedral. Many many ways of transport, subway, many stations near by, buses, trolleys, trams to the city center and everywhere.
