I am an American citizen living in Romania. I am helping develop several businesses in the area. We began living full time in Romania in 2019. Prior for over twenty years I made regular trips to Romania. You may be interested in our embroidery and shirt printing shop on the property.
We live on the ground floor. We are usually home to accommodate visitors requests.
We respect privacy but if you are looking for an evening conversation with is that is welcome.`
Property information
A place to relax after a day in the mountains. Convenient to the city without the traffic. Easy to find on the main road (DN7C). Recently completed home with a second story (etaj 1) apartment. Private entry porch overlooks rural area. New interior construction. Spacious common area. Premium bedroom includes private bath. Second and Third bedrooms share bathroom. Smart TVs in every room. Limited but sufficient parking. English and Romanian spoken. Our new outdoor grill is equipped with a grill and wood fire stove top. There is a sink with hot and cold water. If you want a more controlled cooking there an induction cook top. There are pot and pans for your use. Plates and eating utensils are conveniently locate on the lower outdoor dining area. There is a small play area for your smaller children.
Neighbourhood information
On the main road through the Carpathians from Curtea de Arges to Sibiu. The back and your entrance gives the country atmosphere with roosters crowing, cows bellowing and other sounds of country living. The best of two worlds await you leisure.
There are maxi-taxis stops nearby. Convenient drive to Curtea de Arges center with no turns going south 5-6 km. To the north 24 km is Baraj Vidraru and entry of the south entry of the Transfagarasan Highway.
Nearby there are large grocery store just a few minutes away. Kaufland to the south and ProfiLoco to the north.
In Curtea de Arges to the south there are several quality restaurants such as Curtea Veche regard by many as the premier restaurant in town. Several restaurants deliver to our location so no need worry about Covid regulations in your private dining areas.
