Accommodating up to 2 guests, our space is perfect for couples or friends seeking to uncover the beauty of Brasov and its surroundings. The best and easiest way to access Bartolomeu Serenity Studio is by car, driving to the address and, once you get there, look for the dedicated parking place reserved for the apartment. Also you can take an UBER/Bolt/taxi service. The access inside Bartolomeu Serenity Studio is through self-check-in and you will find the keys to the apartment in a dedicated lockbox system before entering the apartment. House Rules: We kindly request your adherence to our specified quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00), as well as the designated check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) time frames. Guests checking in after 21:00 do so at their own discretion. Please be aware that there will be an additional fee for early check-ins or late check-outs. Pets, parties, and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. Failure to respect these rules will lead to a penalty fee of 500 RON. For stays exceeding 7 nights, supplementary cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries will be scheduled and charged to the guest. Our support services are available from 9:00 to 21:00. Any concerns or inquiries outside these hours will be addressed the following day. Please note that we are unable to issue an invoice for your stay.
