CC Studio este o locație nouă, care va oferă toate facilitățile necesare unei șederi fără griji. Garsoniera este situata într-un cartier liniștit, ferit de aglomerația capitalei, dar care se afla la doar 20 de minute de centrul orașului.
Cartierul este foarte primitor și liniștit. La doar 5 minute se afla ieșirea pe autostrada A2, iar în maxim 20 de minute se ajunge la Piață Unirii.
