The Emerald Gem, located at the first floor features a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with an extendable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a toilet. The place has a unique design with shades of green and everything you need for a great stay is provided. The residences are located in the center of the Bucharest near Victoriei Square in an excellent area, just 10 minutes Uniri Square. Kiseleff park is only 5 minutes away, where you can enjoy a walk at sunset. The apartments are designed with the idea of providing a comfortable space for couples, families, solo or business travelers who are looking for a memorable stay in Bucharest. Please note that there are more apartment in the same building with diferent layouts and views. You can choose your apartment type before you book by selecting the accommodation type. You can view the pictures of each apartment individually below main gallery and availability section. For stays of 28 nights or more, the guests will pay all bills and all administrative fees. There is an upfront deposit half of the reservation cost which will be used for possible damages.
