Property information

The apartment is recently completely renovated with a modern and luxurious wall, floor and top decorations and all the furniture are brand new in modern style. In addition, there is an XXL Memory Foam mattress in the biggest of the two bedrooms. The rooms can be independently accessed and the kitchen is a wide-open space which could be the 3rd room, with the entire hall with a wide led TV and also an instant bed as well as of in all the others rooms.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located on the Main and Biggest Neighborhood of Brasov Transylvania and in addition, has a lot of green spaces all around, sunny all day orientation with a unbeatable strategic position from all points of view: 5 minutes walk to the biggest fresh and bio market in Brasov, 5 minutes walk to the biggest Hypermarket zone, 2 minutes walk to the most frequent bus to Centrum (each 2 to 4 minutes frequency and reaching the Old Centrum in less than 15 minutes bus travel), 3 minutes to a children park and sport area, 3 private parking places right close to the apartment, 1 minute to multi propose store.
