It is located near the lake, 100 m from Iulius Mall, bus and trolleybus stations
The Residential Complex is located in an exclusive area of Cluj, right on the shore of Lake Gheorgheni 3, with a great view of the lake. It is positioned right next to the most important shopping center in Cluj-Napoca – Iulius Mall. In the immediate vicinity of the building are both the FSEGA faculty and the Iulius Bussines Center office complex, as well as the Iulius Park leisure park.
