Vila offers 260 m2 of space covering 2 floors which includes common facilities such as fully equiped kitchen, a living area with electric fireplace, library, flat tv and a small restroom. Different decorated, it has 4 double bedrooms ( one with sofabed), every room having its own bathroom, wardrobe and flat tv. You can safely park your car in a protected and video monitorized area 24/24 h with video access. Villa includes a 200 m2 terrace and a garden with fruit trees. What could be more beautiful than having a great environement? Either is day or night you can enjoy your time by the terrace located in the middle of a deondrological area. If you are a silence lover, your only neighbours could be the squirelles or the birds. If you are a nature lover you can admire a red beech more than 100 years old living just in the middle of the terrace. If you are a party lover, you can bring your own ideas and "Carpe diem". If you are a bussines person, you have the pefect place to improve your business. If you are a family, you are just in the right place! Villa is situated at 1,5 km from the city center and 8 km distance from Poiana Brasov.

Hosting has become my new hobby in the last few years and I have discovered I can easily interact with people and it is a real pleasure to accommodate them. Splendor in the forest is a small universe where you can gather with your friends or family. The main things that are not allowed is: 1. Fire is absolutely forbidden inside and outside the property 2. Parties and gatherings of more than 8-10 persons are not welcome 3. The deposit fee has to be paid before check in and will be released one day after check out Splendor in the forest can be your home! Just come and feel it!
