We hope you enjoy your stay in this bright, recently renovated 125 m² apartment in the Löffler Palace, built in 1912 by Leopold Löffler as a company headquarters and family home for himself and his three sons. It has four levels with a commercial area on the ground floor. The apartment has two large bedrooms with a double bed, two bathrooms with shower cabins, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. There is an air conditioner and a large diagonal smart TV. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, you can go up the stairs or with the elevator.

Piața Victoriei, formerly Piața Operei, is one of the central squares of the municipality of Timișoara, the place where Timișoara was proclaimed on December 20, 1989 the first free city in Romania. At the opposite poles of the square are the Metropolitan Cathedral to the south, and to the north the Cultural Palace, with the "Mihai Eminescu" National Theater and the Opera House. From the Opera towards the Cathedral, the promenade on the right is called "Corso", and the one on the left "Surrogate". Around the square there are cultural institutions - the Romanian Opera, the National Theatre, the German State Theatre, the Hungarian State Theatre, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Timiș, Capitol and Studio cinemas, the Banat Museum, art galleries and many shops. În jurul pieței se găsesc instituții culturale - Opera Română, Teatrul Național,Teatrul German de Stat, Teatrul Maghiar de Stat,Catedrala Mitropolitană, cinematografele Timiș, Capitol și Studio, Muzeul Banatului, galerii de artă și multe magazine. "Corso" is the name of the promenade that starts from the Opera towards the Cathedral, on the right side. In the past, this was the promenade of Timisoara's high society, well lit, with luxury restaurants and shops. Opposite the Opera building, on the right, is the old building of the Timișoara Hotel. Next to it, at the beginning of Republic Boulevard, is the Weiss Palace. This is where the actual promenade begins, with the Lloyd Palace that houses the rector of the Polytechnic, and the famous Lloyd restaurant on the ground floor. In order follows Neuhausz Palace, Merbl Palace, Dauerbach Palace, Hilt Palace and, at the end, Széchenyi Palace.
