Renovated villa (2025) with 3 rooms , each with bathrooms. A living room, and kitchen, underfloor heating, Rooms furnished with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen: Hob, oven, dishwasher, tableware, pots, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Living room with a sofa bed, table, and Smart TV. Bathroom with towels, soap, and hairdryer. Filtered drinking water (in all rooms). Yard and garden with a barbecue, outdoor table, and mountain view (from the back yard).
