Apartman se nalazi u novoizgradjenom stambenom kompleksu Green Hill na samo par minuta od Akva Parka, sa pogledom na obronke šumovite planine Ozren. Opremljen najnovijim nameštajem i opremom garantuje kvalitetan odmor na pre svega blagotvornom čistom vazduhu.
U neposrednoj blizini apartmana se nalazi Akva-park "Podina", fudbalsko igrališe i preko puta igralište za decu. Sa druge strane objekta se nalaze obronci šumom prekrivene planine Ozren do koje vode putevi ka njenim mnogobrojnim izletištima. Sokobanja ima mnogobrojna mesta za posetiti. Izletišta na Planini Rtanj i Ozren, Sokograd, Bovansko jezero, Sesalačka pećina, autentično tursko kupatilo "Amam".
