Fina i tiha lokacija, odlična infrastruktura(autobuska stanica, prodavnice, pijaca). Apartman udaljen samo 6km od strogog centra grada. Pogodan za miran odmor i opuštanje. Dobro povezan sa ostatkom grada. Potpuno opremljen svim neophodnim kućnim elementima.
