Izdaje se vila u naselju Vinogradi. U prizemlju se nalazi dnevni boravak sa opremljenom kuhinjom, ugaonom garniturom na razvlacenje i kupatilom. Na spratu je francuski lezaj, ormar za garderobu i toalet. Vila je lepo uredjena i nalazi se na samo 4.5 kilometara od centra Kragujevca na glavnom asfaltnom putu i lokaciji koja pruza prelep pogled na Kragujevac, park Sumarice kao i Gledicke planine u daljini. Vila poseduje trem sa lepom ugaonom garniturom koja pruza mogucnost pravog letnjeg uzivanja i odmora. U produzetku je otvorena terasa sa lezaljkama pored bazena za kupanje velicine 6x3 metara. Ceo ambijent je lepo uredjen i pruza izuzetan osecaj intimnosti i privatnosti. Ispred vile se nalazi uredjeni parking koji je zasticen kapijom na zakljucavanje. Vila je klimatizovana i poseduje gradsku vodu. NAPOMENA : Vila nije namenjena za zurke i proslave za vise ljudi. Maksimalan broj osoba je 4. Prilikom rezervacije vile neophodan je kontakt.
