We have managed to provide our guests with apartments just 150m from the city center, yet in a very quiet area. The apartments range from 37m² to 44m², and their design will not leave you indifferent. The apartments can accommodate 3 to 6 people. Among the main features, we highlight a parking space (available at an additional charge, as previously mentioned in the accommodation details), an elevator, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays.

Hello world! I am Milos, and i live in Novi Sad. Novi Sad is wonderful place for tourism, chilling, relaxing, family time, couples... There is so many things to see like architecture, Petrovaradin Fortress, center, river Danube, Ribarac... People are very polite and pleasant , hygiene is excellent, city is very clean. There is also a nightlife and so many clubs, fancy or romantic restaurants... I am very glad to be your host, and i will try to be the best ambassador of Novi Sad. The apartments are authentically designed and located in the city center, which is considered the most attractive part of town. Despite being in the center, the area is exceptionally quiet. The apartments can accommodate 3 to 6 people. The design leaves no one indifferent. The living room features a pull-out sofa, a wardrobe, and authentic decor. The dining table is spacious and comfortable, while the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (refrigerator, extractor hood, built-in cooktop, kettle, etc.) as well as utensils for preparing your favorite meals. The French bed is exceptionally comfortable, something our previous guests have particularly appreciated and highlighted in their reviews. The corner sofa is also comfortable and can serve as a separate unit or as an additional sleeping option when there are more than two guests in the apartment. The balcony is an important feature, as we all love to get some fresh air from time to time. Here, you can enjoy the sunrise with your favorite coffee or watch the sunset with a fine glass of wine. Everything in the apartment is available for free use, including air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, cable TV, and many other amenities. The building has an elevator. The apartment is courtyard-oriented, allowing you to keep an eye on your vehicle in the parking area. Since the apartment is in the city center, all essential amenities that will make your stay easier and more enjoyable—such as cafés, restaurants, markets, health food stores, and farmers' markets—are just a few minutes’ walk away.
