We invite you to spend time in our fully renovated apartment Momo in residential area Vracar. This is modern renovated apartment, set on the 3th floor of an elegant historical building, without elevator with a marble staircase. It is perfect for business people and travelers who seek for clean, stylish and safe environment. It is fully equipped apartment for short or long time stay with all appliances in order to feel like at home. This is an ideal place for a comfortable stay up to three people. All furniture is brand new! Double bed (155X200) with hypoallergenic mattress, pull out sofa for two, air conditioner, LCD TV with cable television and free wireless internet. The whole apartment have underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped for the guest who like to prepare their own meals (heating plate, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes etc). Fully equipped bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Bed linen and towels are provided. The small terrace that overlooks in the backyard has a tiny sitting set for pleasant ambiance and a homely atmosphere. Cheerful but above all serious!
Vracar is the smallest of all Belgrade's (and Serbian) municipalities, but also the most densely populated. Vračar is one of the three municipalities that constitute the very center area of Belgrade. It is an affluent municipality, having one of the most expensive real estate prices within Belgrade, and has the highest proportion of university educated inhabitants compared to all other Serbian municipalities. One of the most famous landmarks in Belgrade, the Saint Sava Temple is located in Vračar. Momo apartment is located at the corner of King Alexander Boulevard and Kumanovska street across the hotel Metropol, and Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Faculty of Architecture. It is placed in quiet but central part of town, in the heart of Belgrade about 15min walk to all major points, which is significant because of daily traffic jams. The apartment is surrounded by markets, shops, bars, bakery and restaurants. At the same time, the apartment is completely isolated from the noise.
