Apartman se nalazi u mirnom kraju Novog Sada, naselje Jugovićevo i u svakom trenutku je dostupan besplatan javni parking. U apartmanu se nalaze svi uredjaji koji omogućavaju višednevni boravak i komfor "kao kod kuće". Apartman je površine 40 metara kvadratnih, i poseduje spavaću sobu sa francuskim ležajem, dnevni boravak sa ugaonom garniturom na razvlačenje, kuhinju sa svom pratećom opremom, kupatilo i terasu na kojoj se nalazi baštenska garnitura za odmor.
U našem apartmanu su dobrodošli svi gosti kojima je prvenstveno potreban smeštaj radi odmora, zatim gosti sa decom, ili poslovni ljudi koji dolaze u Novi Sad i kojima je potreban višednevni smeštaj. U te svrhe pripremili smo posebne popuste i pogodnosti za naše goste.
U okolini apartmana u krugu od 500 metara nalaze se supermarketi Idea, Lidl, Gomex, kao i menjačnica, apoteka, dok se dečje igralište nalazi u neposrednoj blizini ulaza u zgradu. U okolini apartmana u svakom trenutku vam je dostupan besplatan javni parking. U blizini je dostupno i autobusko stajalište GSP na liniji br.7 koja vas za 20-tak minuta dovodi do centra Novog Sada, odnosno za 10-tak minuta do glavne Železničke i Autobuske stanice u Novom Sadu. Blizina uključenja na autoput Subotica-Beograd preko Bulevara Evrope olakšava vaš dolazak i odlazak iz apartmana ukoliko koristite auto-put za dolazak te na taj način možete izbeći gradske gužve u saobraćaju odnosno olakšati vaše putovanje.
