This is an absolutely new luxury apartment on the ground floor in the very center of Belgrade. Ideal for couples, solo and business travelers. We used only high quality materials and equipment to meet supreme standards. 4* category! You will find here big mirrors, stylish lightening, comfortable mattress and spacey wardrobes. Fully equipped kitchen, floor heating and washing facilities will make you feel like at home. This is an unbeatable location. Suitable for long stay-term stay. The apartment can accommodate in full comfort two adults. Folding sofa in the living space can be used also by an adult or children. You may relax in quiet here. We thought about you! In the equipped kitchen you will find tea, instant coffee, water, sugar, salt, oil etc. All essential cleaning products provided. Guests may have a breakfast in nearby restaurants or bars at reasonable price. Windows are set high but there’s enough light.

I live nearby and will be available during your stay. Feel free to contact me for any information needed to make your stay pleasant. I speak English, Russian, Italian, Serbian and Bulgarian.

The apartment is settled in the privileged pedestrian zone Varosh Kapija full of nice bars, restaurants where you may enjoy your time. The city best coffee and cakes are only 10 m away. Here you may enjoy advantages of being in a quiet place in the historical center of the city, close to main places of interest. Modern Rajiceva shopping center, grocery shops, pharmacy, banks with ATM, bakeries and green market Zeleni Venac are around the corner at you convenience. If you come by car you may use public garage "Obilicev venac" or parking space in the Rajiceva sopping center which are only 350 m away.
