Prijatan ,topao ,romantican stan na drugom spratu(ima lift) sa pogledom na park, lociran je na par minuta hoda od stanice (bus 56 koji ide 20 min do centra grada,89 koji ide na Novi Beograd ,87 A koji ide u Pozesku ulicu i 55 koji ide u Bulevar kralja Aleksandra ). U blizini Maxi marketa koji radi 24 h, pizzerije i caffea Status ,riblji restoran Milanovic, Lidla, Ada mall shoping centra, Ada jezera sa brojnim restoranima. Sajam je udaljen 10 minuta kolima. Opremljen kompletnom kuhinjom , ves masinom ,odvojenom sobom za spavanje i terasom. U blizini decijeg igralista i parka.
Mirno naselje sa bujnom vegetacijom , kosarkaskim terenom, spravama za vezbanje na otvorenom ,opremljen deciji park, Hram sv. Petke
