Hello, I am owener and one of workers in Zeravica b&b.For last few years I have been bilding and decorating this accommodation facility, and now I do marketing .I am looking after this busines as for my fourth child.

Property information

Our accommodation is made from old house, doing lot of renovations but keeping it look as family house whole time.That means that renting a room you will be free to use nice and big commom kitchen, dinning room, teraces, yard and garden, like at home. We provide big and free parking in front of house. Whole house and yard are covered with good WiFi signal. Rooms are big and bright, clean,and each with big double bed, bathroom, central heating and AC, cable tv, cotton sheats and towels. We also provide toillete suplies in bathrooms as shampoo, soàp, conditioner, lots of toilete papier.

Neighbourhood information

Sremski Karlovci are small, peaceful town near Novi Sad, extremly important in Serbian history.Whole town, and also area around our house is green, with very low traffic and pollution, but close to town center. Whole town is safe for kids, whole center area, where historic buildings are, is pedestrian zone.There are nice restaurants with good food and even better vine.
