Lysekil itself has many architecturally attractive neighbourhoods. The old town of Gamlestan is the historic centre with several well-preserved and charming streets that invite you to stroll around. Other popular excursion destinations include the Kallbadhuset open-air swimming pool, Havsbadsparken and Lysekil's granite church on a hill overlooking the town.
