You are renting a nice spacious top floor of the house in a very attractive neighborhood, close to the ocean and beach (10 min walk to ocean from the house). Free parking and plenty of restaurants and shops within a 15 min walk and The rental fascilities consists of the room you are renting and a large open area for all guests to use. There is also a toilet for all guests to use right by the bedrooms. The shower is on the main floor in a new large bathroom. There is a also a very friendly Cockerspaniel on this floor as well.

There is a bus stop located 10 min walking distance from the house. This is bus nr 9 and it will take you directly to Hyllie /Malmö Arena in 10 min. This is also the location of the train station HYLLIE and the train will take you across the bridge to Copenhagen. To go to Copenhagen Airport from HYLLIE with it only takes 15 minutes with train. The train stops inside the airport. The house is located in one of the most attractive and safe neighbourhoods in Limhamn/Malmö. Plenty of restaurants. within a 15 min walk and also several restaurants on the oceanfront. There is an area by the beach with large green lawns and recreational areas with 6-7 bathing platforms and some sand beaches. The Marina is about a 15 min walk from the house.
