A cozy apartment in a 50s villa with your own entrance. Only 750m from a tram stop  short walk to a grocery store, pizzeria etc. Free parking possible on the street outside. 10 min tram ride to Brunnsparken or travel all the way to Liseberg. 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 travel cot + extra mattresses and a sofa available. Nice little patio right outside by some pine trees. Family friendly with some toys for the very youngest. Board games and TV streaming for the older kids. <GUEST ACCESS> You have the whole bottom floor to yourself and the patio outside. We might meet in the garden sometimes, but we try to ensure our kids don't come to your side of the house during your stay. Access can be given to a grill, game console (PS3) , more children's toys. <INTERACTION WITH HOST> Please write to us in the app, with quicker response times between 7 am and 10 pm. Of course we'll help you in an emergency should that occur. Let us know if you have any questions or if you just want to chat for a bit.  :) <HOUSE MANUAL> A house manual available on site describes anything you need to know during your stay. Shoes are left in the entrance hallway. Please prevent excessive dirt from entering our home. Food is eaten in the kitchen or the outdoor area. Upon any stain on furniture or carpet, please let us know so that we can try to fix it! Shower is turned on by pushing the tap to the side. Extra mattresses, pillows and pillow cases are available.
<ABOUT US> I am a biologist from the countryside of Sweden and my husband is an Australian programmer. We enjoy beautiful views, hiking (since having two little children - when we get the chance), spas, saunas and relaxing in general. We live permanently in the two other floors of the house with our two kids since 2023. The house is quite large so it works nicely to share the bottom floor with our guests. We would love having a chat with you during your stay, that all depends on your wishes as our guest.
<NEIGHBOURHOOD> The quiet area Tolered has mostly villas and some townhouses. It is a peaceful and quiet area in the evenings and nights and there are also playgrounds nearby for those traveling with children. (We can advise you on where to go, of course).
