Good to know about this accommodation: • A deposit of SEK 1,000 will be reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided that the house has been left in approved condition after inspection. • Bed linen and towels can be rented: SEK 190 per person and SEK 60 per person respectively. • Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves, cleaning materials are provided. • Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric cars is not allowed. • Smoking is prohibited. • Pets are allowed. • Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not permitted.

Welcome to this charming little cottage on Rossö, a peaceful peninsula in southern Orust located between Orust and Tjörn. Here you live close to nature with the sea within walking distance and several lovely swimming spots nearby. The cottage accommodates four people and offers a simple yet cozy stay with a kitchenette, toilet, shower, Wi-Fi and TV with basic channels. The spacious terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture, a grill and a parasol, perfect for sunny breakfasts or relaxing barbecue evenings. The lawn below is ideal for playing kubb or other outdoor games. Dogs are welcome upon request. Rossö is part of a nature reserve with beautiful flora and rich birdlife. You can walk through forests and meadows, swim from the cliffs or take your bikes and explore the surroundings. The sea and rocks are about 400 metres away, and the small beach with jetty is about 700 metres from the cottage. During the low season, the cottage can also be rented monthly at a favourable rate.

Things to do in Rossö and the surrounding area: Rossö offers beautiful nature with walking paths, cliffs and small bays. Bring a picnic and enjoy a swim surrounded by peaceful scenery or explore the trails in the nature reserve. There are many lovely excursions nearby. Visit Tavlebords Honey Farm to learn about the world of bees, or take the ferry to the car-free islands Gullholmen and Käringön. On Orust, you’ll also find the Pilgrim Trail, which stretches for 80 kilometres through scenic landscapes. For those who enjoy good food and coffee, the charming café Fröken Trulls with its garden and padel court is highly recommended. On Tjörn, the Sculpture Park Pilane offers a unique art experience in the Bohuslän landscape. Sundsby Manor is also worth a visit, with hiking trails, caves and a cozy café.
