The house is decorated with personal belongings and furniture that create an authentic and homely atmosphere. From the windows of the house, you have a fantastic view of the lake, and the private boat dock invites you to take a morning dip. The private plot extends all the way down to the lake, where you will find a boat dock, sauna, and boat. In summer, it is only 1 kilometer to a popular sandy beach, perfect for long days at the beach with the family. Adventures await in the area around the house both in summer and winter. In winter, you can explore 10 kilometers of cross-country ski trails or go to the ski resort 20 kilometers away. The town of Åseda is 10 kilometers from the house and offers shopping and public transport. Meet Kasper We live in Denmark ourselves, but we have lived in the area all our lives and have strong local ties and know many people in the area. We will therefore not be present during our guests' stay. However, almost everything can be handled via digital communication and local help, if needed. If, contrary to expectations, you need help during your stay, we will try to help you as much as possible, and we have good local contacts. A little history about the house Many years ago, the house belonged to the beautiful wooden church on the other side of the lake. The house was passed down through generations until we took it over in 2021. Since then, we have completely renovated the house, including a new bathroom, a new panoramic glass wall facing the lake, a new bathing jetty, sauna, and air source heat pump—and by 2024, there will be a new terrace and walkway.
