Welcome to this charming cottage with a fantastic location only 50 meters from the sea and sandy beach. Here you will stay comfortably in a 72 m² house with two bedrooms and a loft – perfect for a familytwo smaller families. The house accommodates up to 8 guests including children, offering a total of five fixed beds plus an extra folding bed. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, as well as a large dining table for six people. Next to the kitchen is the bright living room with sofa, fireplace and access to the lovely terrace overlooking the sea. On this floor you also find two bedrooms – one with a double bed (160 cm) and one with a bunk bed (2×90 cm) – plus a bathroom with WC, washing machine and dryer, and a shower room with sauna. The loft features two more beds (105 cm + 90 cm) as well as a small sofa and TV. The plot is a mix of lawn and natural terrain with space for two cars. From the terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee to birdsong and spend warm summer evenings with a barbecue.

Bathing is easy – just put on your bathrobe and walk down to the sandy beachthe pier. The beach has fine sand mixed with stones, and at the pier you can end your day with an evening swim. Things to do in Kavlanda and surroundings There are lovely walking trails, forest paths and small gravel roads to explore by bike. A trip to Bokenäset offers a spa, restaurant and more bathing opportunities. Nearby you will also find Hafsten Resort with pools, playgrounds, a high ropes course and restaurants – perfect for families with children. For coastal excursions you are close to picturesque fishing villages such as Grundsund, Fiskebäckskil and Lysekil with charming shops, restaurants and the marine aquarium “Havets Hus”. From the house you easily reach both Orust and Tjörn, offering hiking trails, art experiences at Pilane, Tavlebords beekeeping farm and car-free islands like Gullholmen and Käringön.
