Huset Lövhyddan consists of two buildings. The main house has two floors. You enter through the attractive entrance, also a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee with a view to the garden. On the ground floor there is also a living room with comfortable sitting area and Apple TV, an attractive kitchen that is fully equipped with such as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and a 4-burner cooker, including the original wood-burning stove. Beside the kitchen there is a cozy dining room with fireplace and a beautiful luxury bathroom with sauna, shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet and a washing machine. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed. The extra cottage located on the rock about 10 meters from the main house consist the third bedroom with two single beds, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and a toilet. An ideal stay if you want to go on holiday with your family together with couples or with independent children. This luxurious, atmospheric cottage with a beautiful Swedish look is located 250 meters from the Baltic sea in the historical spa town of Källvik. Huset Lövhyddan is fully equipped for 6 people including a sauna. Nowadays Källvik is a small-scale holiday village, with original houses built between 1860 and 1920 with various beaches, a tennis court and soccer field. In summer local children run their own ice cream shop. The summer village Loftahammar is located 3 kilometers from Huset Lövhyddan. This village has a supermarket, a number of restaurants, a beautiful golf course and marina. Towards Loftahammar, but also in other directions, there are beautiful hiking trails through both rocky meadows and forest with wonderful views over the Baltic Sea. The harbor town of Västervik can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. This town was voted the most beautiful summer city in Sweden in 2020 & 2021 and is definitely worth a visit. The house is surrounded by deciduous trees and lives up to its name, Lövhyddan means The Leaf Hut. The plot is partly located on a beautiful rock and offers wonderful terraces with views in all directions. Besides children can romp to their heart's content in the garden and the adjacent football field. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.
