ACCOMMODATION- On 65 well-distributed square meters there is this fresh apartment built in 2016 with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a living room with a comfortable Bolia sofa bed by the TV area, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Our apartment is most suitable for 3 people, but you can stay up to 5 people with an extra bed. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed that can be divided into 2 x 80 cm and a workplace with an adjustable table. One extra bed in 70cm available for a group of 5 paying guests. In the living room there is a TV area with a comfortable Bolia sofa bed with memory form mattress in 140 cm for 2 people, and TV+Chromecast+Xbox 360. You will find a large dining table and space by a large panoramic window that faces the forest- and grass areas. The kitchen is well equipped and has a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine if needed. You also have access to a sunny, large balcony, sitting area and large grassy areas where children can play in a safe environment. Here you also have a Weber charcoal grill to use. OTHERS - -No smoking. -Trained pets are welcome. -Final cleaning by guests, or can be booked for SEK 700 as an option. -Bed linen and towels are included per paying guest staying 2 nights or more. Right next to the apartment you have nice paths to explore and you can go to Lensjön for a swim in the summer or for ice skating in the winter. The apartment is also near a very famous hiking trail Gotaleden that you can hike between Gothenburg all the way to Alingsås. Search Gotaleden and you will find very good information online. Just 2km away, you will find incredibly appreciated restaurants in Floda:Järnbruket, Järnvägskrogen (JVkrogen) and Gobi Sushi. In addition, there are a couple of pizzerias (Portobello, Ancona, Floda Pizzeria) and a very good Thai restaurant (Namfon) also in the neighborhood.
