The cottage is situated in a very beautiful landscape with wonderful views. Part of the ”Kullen” Peninsula and the sea can be seen from the cottage. Only one house is close to the cottage, our private holiday home, only used on certain occasions during the year. The silence is relaxing, it is 400 meters to next neighbour. The plot of land around the cottage is 1000 square meters, but together with the other house we have a total of 6000 square meters. It is partly lawns where the children can play ball, swing etc and partly wild nature where children like to run and play. You can also walk your dogs on the whole plot. It's peaceful and quiet. No fireworks near the plot on New Year's Eve. The kitchen was newly built in February 2023. There are two TVs with channels via fiber. Apple-TV connected to one of the TVs. There is WIFI 100 Mbit/s. There is a large sun terrace with a table and 8 chairs. Dogs and cats are welcome but we have a limit of a maximum of 4 dogs. Children must be supervised so that no damage occurs to the playhouse, garden furniture and other things that are on the property or in the cottage. Max 6 people, of which max 5 adults and max 5 children under 12 years old. PLEASE OBSERVE: Bed linen and towels should be brought by guest or message should be sent in advance for renting (15 Euro/person). Cleaning is done by the guest according to instruction. Cleaning can be ordered 2 weeks in advance, price 100 Euro.

My husband and I live in Stockholm, but stay in Båstad from time to time to take care of the holiday homes, work in the garden and enjoy the beautiful environment. It is a place where you can really relax, we like the fresh air, the proximity to the sea and beautiful beaches and the silence apart from some traffic on the country road. I speak English and Spanish and I understand some German, as I studied the language many years ago, however I have no habit of speaking German. We like animals, so your pets such as cats and dogs are most welcome.

The cottage is situated high in the middle of the peninsula Bjärehalvön and has beaches within 7-10 km distance in several directions in north, west and south: Båstad, Torekov, Glimminge, Ängelsbäck, Segelstorp etc. The area offers many nice nature experiences, including hiking on Skåneleden around Bjäre Peninsula or at the old railroad track between Båstad and Grevie, which is now a hiking trail in very beautiful countryside. Hikes on Hallandsåsen are also popular. There are several golf clubs at 3-10 km distance and in Båstad there are tennis courts.
