Newly renovated, fresh and bright studio located one floor down. The room offers a 160 cm bed, a small kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower — perfect for an overnight stay. Guests also have access to a shared laundry room in the building, equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a shoe dryer, ideal for longer stays or outdoor activities. Free WiFi is available, and self check-in makes arrival easy at any time. The key is stored in a lockbox, and the access code is sent before arrival. For winter visitors, Sidsjöbacken ski slope and the nearby lake with prepared skating tracks are close by. Fritidsbanken, where you can borrow sports equipment for free, is also within easy reach.
The property is located in a quiet, green area close to Sidsjön and Mittuniversitetet. COOP is about a 15-minute walk away, and ICA about 20 minutes. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes from the property. Fritidsbanken nearby offers free rental of sports and outdoor equipment.
