Our houses are all different in character, but they are all cozy and comfortable. We do most things on the farm ourselves. Jonas builds and maintains the houses and land, and makes and designs furniture and fittings. The wood is taken from our own forest and sawn in the farm's small sawmill. Annika works with administration, bookings and maintenance of the houses and in her studio if there is a moment to spare... Together we have six adult children, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law and grandchildren who are all involved in the farm in various ways. We also have fantastic neighbors and friends who do not hesitate to help when needed. And what's a farm without animals... We have a dog, a bunch of cats and horses that want to be petted and cuddled. A warm welcome to Hällesdalens Gård! With a stream nearby and the forest at its back, this paradise from the mid-1700s sits alongside a guest cottage. The houses with a sea view, are located 100 meters from the sea, where there is a shallow sandy beach and a boat/jetty/diving tower. A cozy country kitchen with a wood-burning stove (and regular stove), bar, and dining area overlooking the sea. Living room with TV, fireplace, and a delightful sofa area. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, with an adjacent bathroom (toilet/shower) attached to the bedroom. There is also an additional toilet and laundry room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a 180 cm double bed in each. Additionally, there are two extra single sofabeds. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the stream and the sea. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom with shower and a small sitting area. On the deck, there is a large table and sun loungers, and the garden offers ample space for play and socializing. The cottage comes with a wood-fired hot tub placed in the garden, exclusively for cottage guests. It is filled with water and heated using wood. By the jetty, there is a wood-fired sauna boat (1 April - 30 September); during other times of the year, it is on the shore but can still be used. You can book the sauna by signing up on the sauna list posted there to have it exclusively for yourselves. Firewood for sauna and hot tub is included in your booking. Wi-Fi is available. "Lilltorpet" (a small house of 25 square meters nearby) has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. This house is exclusively for your use and is included when booking for 7-10 people. No Parties are allowed in this house. No extra guests during the stay.

Enjoy the nature around you, swim in the sea or take a bath in your private wood fired hot tub, go fishing, use our wind shelter with stunning sea view for barbecue, take a sauna or just relax in front of the fireplace. Nature is our closest neighbor, and it has a lot to offer all year round! The house is tastefully decorated and beds are comfortable. Our accommodation is pet-free, so dogs, cats and other pets are not allowed. We take great care in cleaning the houses between bookings.
