Apartments Lipa, renovated in 2024, are air-conditioned and offer guests access to a sauna, WiFi, a brick grill for grilling, and free parking in the public parking lot directly in front of the apartments. Some units feature a balcony with mountain views, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and slippers. A fridge, oven, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, and kettle are also available. Two washing machines are available for shared use, if needed. The apartments are dedicated to peace and relaxation, making them ideal for guests seeking tranquility; parties are not allowed to maintain a serene atmosphere. I also live on the premises, ensuring a quiet and respectful environment.

Apartments Lipa is located in Bohinj, in the heart of Gorenjska, in the center of Bohinjska Bistrica, at the foot of the Bohinj mountains, hills and mountains. They are 11 km from the Vogel ski resort, 13 km from the Soriška planina ski resort, and 6 km from Lake Bohinj, 300 m from the bike path to Lake Bohinj and 300 m from the bike path to Bled. They are located a 2-minute walk from the Aquapark & ​​Wellness Bohinj attractions, and in winter just as far from the winter outdoor skating rink.
