The house is in very strategic location on a piece of land of 2500m2 with no other house in approximate vicinity but same time very near to all surrounding towns and beaches of the Slovenian coast All the photo of different towns and locations are less then 10 km away of our house. Izola, lovely old fishermen’s town with a lot of local restaurants serving delicious food (seafood is traditional and very good), bars a nice pedestrian “riva” for walking in the evening. The old town is in Venetian style with a lot of culture for sightseeing lovers with 10+ churches, old palaces, small streets and a beautiful main square where in summer season many concerts and other events are performing. 2,2 km away, 4 minutes by car or 8-10 minutes by bike. Piran, beautiful and very famous historical city in Venetian style with lot of old UNESCO heritage palaces, churches to visit. Piran is surrounded by old city walls and many other interesting sightseeing spots. The beautiful ellipse main square (Tartini square), museums, packed with bars and restaurants, beach and many interesting activity’s and guided tours or excursions available. Nightlife entertainment, cocktails, party places... A must to visit place. Piran is a jewel that will remain in your memory. No cars allowed to enter the city (only locals), expensive parking available in garage before the city and free shuttle to centre. 8 km away, 15 minutes by car (season up to 30 min) or 25-30 minutes by bike. Portorož, the most famous and acclaimed touristic destination on Slovenian coast, lot of hotels, bars, restaurants, nightlife, marina… A big sandy beach with beach bars, water sports, volleyball courts and many other activities and services. 6 km away by car but only 3,5 km walking 25- 30 minutes, bike 15 minutes or less on cycling route Parenzana.
