The house is fully equipped and features: 🛏️ 6 beds (3 doubles), with the option of 2 additional single sofa beds or an inflatable mattress 🚗 Free parking for up to 4 cars easily (garage for extra payment) 🌳 A large private garden with pavillion and grill 🍔 🎬 Wireless, Netflix, A1 TV, HBO Disney+ 🚿 2 full bathrooms + 1 additional summer bathroom (pre-heating required in winter) 🧒 Additinal kids playground just 50 meters away
The house is located very convinient just outside Maribor, with less than a 10-minute drive to both the city center and the cable car station leading to Bellevue (1,086 m) on Pohorje – a perfect gateway to outdoor adventures, including a downhill mountain bike track. The nearby village of Hoče is a popular starting point for road cyclists, as a scenic 14 km paved road leads up to the top of Pohorje (either Bellevue or Areh). But I know many hiden side roads, which are even better and harder. In winter, ther area turns into a ski resort. For even more skiing options in the winter visti the Rogla ski resort (1,517 m) about a 55-minute drive away. Golf enthusiasts will find courses nearby in Ptuj and Slovenske Konjice, and the region offers many other outdoor activities year-round.
