This peaceful, cozy and elegant little cottage is family runned and situated in one of the most picturesque towns in Slovenia. This newly renowated house is tucked away from the chaotic noise of the city, but still just a short walk away from the lake. The house consist of two floors. On the ground floor is a modern open-plan kitchen with a dinning table and a living area with a sofa and a fireplace as a centerpiece, that gives this cottage a cozy and snug filling, which is exactly how we would like our guests to feel. The kitchen is also connected to the outside terrace, that is really private and just perfect for a breakfast in the warm morning sunshine or dinner in a cool shade during the hot summers. Part of the ground floor is also a private bathroom with a shower and a utility corner with a washing and drying machine. Going up the stairs you can find yourself in a bedroom that transfers you from this modern-shick downstair's look to a bit more traditional slovenian look, with warm wooden tones, a cozy bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, where you can relax after a busy day being out and about.

I am Simon, a floral and land design consultant, and together with my sister Manca and her husband Gasco we've created this little house in which we incorporated my passion for flowers, greenery and nature and Manca's passion for design. The end result is this cozy, snugg little haven, carefully and impecable decorated and with attention to the rare details that makes you feel at home.

Our neighbourhood (part of Bled called Mlino) is one of the most peaceful areas in Bled. The centre is only one kilometre away, you can have a lovely and safe walk directly by the lake to get to the centre. And while walking you will enjoy the most spectacular views on Bled Castle, the lake itself and the mountains surrounding it. In our neighbourhood you can find a little local market, a boat rental, Pletna rental and some amazing restaurants, such as Sova restaurant, Starkl Hotel and Garden Village Restaurant. The bus stop to destinations such as Ljubljana, Bohinjsko jezero etc. is also just around teh corner.
