The city center of Izola has a rich history. A traditional fishing town, known for the best wine in the Venetian Republic. We have completely renovated a stone house that is over 200 years old. This way, our guests can enjoy all the comforts offered by a modern way of life and at the same time feel the pulse of a pleasant, warm neighborhood of this city that was once an island. Our facility offers 2 bedrooms with king size bad, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 terrace for grilling and socializing, 1 rooftop terrace for sunbathing with sea view. Unspoiled nature, walking and cycling paths, rocky and sandy beaches are the scenery of the city, which is popular especially among lovers of nature, peace and top-notch local cuisine.

We are a farming family from Izola. We are engaged in salt production and the production of salt and herb mixtures. The salt we use is collected by hand by our family in the Sečovlje Salt Pans Landscape Park. We are also organic olive growers. We love our places very much, because they are very special. Nature has been very generous here. We would like our guests to also enjoy this cultural heritage, to enjoy the natural and geographical diversity, and to rest their minds and bodies.

The neighborhood offers numerous attractions and activities, as well as culinary delights. A walk through the narrow and colorful streets is always an experience. You can see old Venetian palaces, visit the beach, a shop with local delicacies, and have dinner right by the sea. A bicycle path and a walking path called Parenzana pass through Izola. You can follow it to Koper or in the other direction to Portorož, Piran and further to Poreč. The path is well-maintained and asphalted. It goes through tunnels, along the coast, past olive groves and vineyards, past salt pans. Extremely beautiful! If you don't have your own, you can rent a bike in the center of Izola. It is only 20 minutes by car to Trieste.
