We are Anja and Smiljan, Štajerka and Prlek, passionately exploring the beauty of Slovenia. Our story began with a love for discovering Slovenia’s hidden gems. As Kreslin sings, "From Goričko to Piran," we traveled through picturesque landscapes, enjoying nature, gastronomy, and the warm hospitality of our beautiful country. It was in the rolling hills of Goriška Brda that the first idea of a mobile home—one with a soul—was born. We wanted to create a place where people feel at home, yet detached from everyday life. A place filled with the scents of freshly cut grass, homemade strudel, and the warm embraces of loved ones. When we first visited Bela krajina, we immediately knew it was the perfect place for our story. It all started with Magnolia, followed by the larger Magnolia XL, and now two more houses join them – Magnolia BB4 and Magnolia BB2. All four offer modern comfort, warmth, and a welcoming atmosphere that we wish to share with our guests. But our journey doesn’t end here. We continue building our story, intertwining our dreams with a deep love for nature and life – and we are happy to share it with everyone who visits this magical place.

MAGNOLIA HOUSE by the RIVER BB consists of two designer mobile homes nestled in nature, right on the banks of the Kolpa River in the BIG BERRY resort in Bela Krajina. Both offer complete comfort and a charming river view. MAGNOLIA HOUSE BB4 is an excellent choice for families or small groups, accommodating up to 4 people. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. An inverter air conditioner ensures a pleasant temperature year-round. The house has two bedrooms – the first with a spacious king-size bed (200x200 cm), and the second with a bunk bed (80x200 cm), ideal for children or friends. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, and a first-aid kit. MAGNOLIA HOUSE BB2 is the perfect choice for couples or individuals seeking a peaceful retreat. The house accommodates 2 people and includes everything needed for a relaxing stay. The living area features a cozy sofa and a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped the same as in BB4. An inverter air conditioner ensures a comfortable stay in all seasons. The bedroom offers a large king-size bed (200x200 cm) with bedside tables and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and a convenient storage shelf. A special feature of both houses is their spacious covered terraces, extending along the entire length of the home. On one side, there is a hot tub (extra charge of 30 EUR/day, free for stays of 5 or more nights), while on the other, a large dining table and a Weber grill invite you to enjoy meals with a view of the Kolpa River. If needed, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
