This used to be my father's workshop. A very creative, dedicated space for sewing, carpentry and mostly for beekeeping. I am not nearly as handy as he was, but I do understand hospitality very well. I have decided to turn the entire annex into a cozy home away from home. Together with my family I will host you in our beautiful village, off the beaten path under the mighty forests of Jelovica, a few turns from the charming Radovljica and an easy drive from lake Bled and Triglav National Park. The space was completely renovated in 2023. The apartment is small, but very cozy. The entire living area is 18 m2 with high ceiling, warm and bright colors and 3 large windows to capture plenty of light. It offers everything you might need to make this your tiny home: hallway with a large wardrobe, kitchen with an electric stove and microwave, dining table which can be used as a workspace, French bed 140x200, large TV with Chromecast plugin, private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a private entrance. There is a shared covered garage for your vehicle.

I have been working in tourism and hospitality for the past 10+ years. I enjoy welcoming new guests, who appreciate the undiscovered places, pristine nature, amazing food, sustainable travel, authentic experiences and simple things in life, like a nice view from the top of the hill or having friends over for bbq on a random Tuesday. I will welcome you to our home together with my family. We'll share our passion for hiking, biking, mushrooming, wining & dining, canyoning, horseback riding, discovering & enjoying our home country with you and hopefully you'll feel Slovenia too!

Our neighborhood is very peaceful and friendly. Our street is like one big family. The village Spodnja Lipnica is located in a beautiful valley, across the Sava river from Radovljica and across the hill from lakes Bohinj and Bled, 10 minutes from the A1 highway. In a sense you are away from everything and yet so close to Slovenia's main attractions. There is nature all around, a truly green destination. There is a convenient grocery store and two local bars, each 300 meters away. On a hill above our home is a great viewpoint "Pusti grad" - ruins of an old medieval castle from where you can see all the way to Triglav, our highest mountain. Staying in a secluded place is gonna be hard without a car. The public transport is hardly existing. There is private parking in a garage available for your vehicle. The region is perfect for active breaks, so make sure you have your hiking shoes to explore the paths, the streams, the climbs, the hills and the valleys around. If you can bring your bikes even better. Hikers and bikers, this is an undiscovered or at least non-promoted part of our country, a hidden gem if you will with a ton of potential.
