Studio is situated near the Adriatic sea, right on the Markovec hill between two ancient cities of Koper / Capodistria ([Wikipedia URL]/wiki/Koper) and Izola ([Wikipedia URL]/wiki/Izola). It takes about 2-5 minute drive or approximately 15-30 minute walk to reach the sea or both the cities.

It’s located on the bottom floor of a new private house in a friendly and safe neighbourhood, with its own entrance and a parking lot. It has quiet fenced terrace, near a children playground, place for sport activities, additional free parking and a local restaurant.
