Bezbariérový prístup do celého areálu.
V rezidencii je k dispozícii vírivka a bazén v letných mesiacoch.
S parkovaním problém mať nebudete. Parkovať je možné zadarmo v rámci rezidencie.
Izba so šatníkom, TV, vlastnou kúpeľňou je súčasťou väčšieho bytu, avšak celá časť je samostatne uzamykateľná, čiže o súkromie máte postarané.
