Property information

The apartments are situated in the historical center of the city, right in the heart of Kosice - in the medieval historical building from 15th century. Despite the close proximity of the pedestrian zone of Hlavna (Main) Street, there will be no noise, as they are oriented to a closed and quiet courtyard. The apartments are sensitively renovated and stylishly furnished to meet the needs of the modern man. Apartments differ in size, capacity of beds and partly also equipment, so please pay attention to description or photos of - which apartment. All three apartments are located on the first floor without a lift. Parking is possible only in the adjacent public car parks. The apartments are about 800m from the main railway and bus station, so if you do not have a lot of luggage, you can reach us by a pleasant walk through the tree alley and historic Mlynska street.

Neighbourhood information

The apartments are located in the historical center of the city, in a protected monument reserve. In close proximity is the medieval Mikluš Prison, remains of the medieval fortification of the town, Rodošto - the memorial house of Frantz II. Rákoczy, St. Elizabeth Cathedral, Urban's Tower, Jakab's palace, Chapel of Sts. Michal, Andráši's palace and many other landmarks ... Just literally a few meters from the accommodation are the most important historical sights of the city, the most prestigious bars, cafés and restaurants. If you choose to leave the apartment in one direction, it will reach the center of the Main Street within three minutes. However, if you choose in the opposite direction, you will find yourself in the green park of the same park for a short time, the dominant of which is the pond with the pots and the fish.
