I have been coming and going from Senegal for 40 years now. I love Travelling & meeting people. We have a small team of workers on our land so always someone around to ask questions or to know about the area. There is always someone at the property but not necessarily myself.

We are set in 4 hectares of land full of bird song and trees. Very peaceful. We are about 1km from the village so good to buy the necessary supplies you might like to have. We can provide breakfast & lunch but need advance warning. There is a kitchen at your disposal so you can prepare your own meals and snacks at your leisure. There are a few small boutiques nearby that sell basic things. The lovely quiet almost deserted beach is also about a 20 minute walk away through the bush. There is plenty of transport available at short notice, should you require, either cars or mobilettes. OUR CORRECT GPS IS AS FOLLOWS: 12°56'20.7"N 16°44'05.1"W. It is NOT close to Couleur Cafe as stated in location. It is aprox 20 min walk or a short taxi ride to the above gps.

There are several attractions in the area and plenty of bush to wander through to miles of unspoilt beach, the fishing village, & Abene aprox 1.5 hours walk. In Abene there is an aged 950 year old Fromagier tree well worth a visit. A small local pottery at Djannah. Several options for a pirogue trip around the mangrove swamps to nearby islands.
