Tranquillo quartiere a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a 50 minuti di autostrada dalla capitale. In zona sono anche presenti diverse attività (surf, quad ed equitazione). Bilocale con ingresso indipendente, situato al primo piano di una villa plurifamiliare, con un ampio patio e un giardino con piante da frutto e animali da allevamento.
