Tranquil location, ten minutes from the town of Philipsburg and a beautiful sandy beach along the boardwalk with restaurants, bars and duty-free shopping. The property is located in Guana Bay which has stunning views, including unobstructed views of St.Barth's and has its own secluded beach.
We both enjoy travelling and are passionate about food and wine. Joe is a keen gardener with a mature garden made up of many tropical plants and orchids.
There is a secluded beach. Two hiking trails, one leading to a freshwater pond. Guana Bay is a peaceful neighbourhood with diverse flora, fauna and wild life including iguanas, monkeys, humming birds, just to name a few.
