Relax and enjoy your vacation in this 1 bedroom studio situated in a private villa nestled between the two hilltops high above desirable Pelican Key offering both privacy and convenient accessibility to beaches, shops, restaurants and the airport. This beautiful studio has 1 king size bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen with small refrigerator, stove top, microwave and coffee maker, and large private terrace. Air-conditioning, fan, wifi, tv, grill and parking available. remarkable views and sunsets.

We have been in the hospitality business on St. Maarten for the last 15 years and have lived on the island for over 20 years. We love our new home and are happy to welcome travelers to our rental property within our compound. We own a landmark restaurant down the road and a rum distillery.

Pelican Key is centrally located to almost anything you desire on your vacation. We have great beaches, water sports. hiking, restaurants, night clubs, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, and a medical clinic all within walking distance.
