These modern double-storey apartments offer a stylish and functional layout. The ground floor features an open-plan design that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a spacious flow ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Large windows bring in natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and comfort. Upstairs, the upper floor hosts two generously sized ensuite bedrooms, each designed for privacy and convenience, with well-appointed bathrooms. This thoughtful division of space ensures a perfect balance between social living downstairs and personal retreat upstairs. Furthermore, the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette that includes a stove, oven, iron, microwave, fridge, and kettle.
