- Our 4-bedroom villa can be split into 3 separate and complete units for added privacy - The villa sits on a fenced lot with a pool & ample parking, 3 fully-equipped kitchens - 3 modems to provide WiFi to each unit, Smart TVs with cable, 3 sets of a washer & dryer - 3-min drive or 15-min walk to the beach, less than a 10-min drive to golf & Grace Bay - Your next tropical beach escape is calling! Book now for an unforgettable adventure! - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it. - No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 300 USD fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Our property is monitored by 24-hour outdoor security cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone. - Guests must climb stairs at the property. - All guests of the property acknowledge the risks of using the pool and agree not to hold the owner or property manager liable for any injuries or accidents. Please take the necessary precautions and always supervise children in the pool area. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.
