A security deposit will be required at the property.

Swimming pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance from May 19, 2025 to May 22, 2025. This closure is necessary to carry out essential upgrades and repairs. The swimming pool will reopen on May 23, 2025

Renovation work of the dining area will be carried out from 7th Februar, 2025 and it is expected to take approximately three months to be completed.
