The fine print
The credit card used to guarantee your booking must be presented when checking in or making payment at the resort. Please note that the name of the guest must be same of that on the credit card; otherwise, the card is not accepted.

Please be informed that smoking indoors or in the public areas is not allowed at Amatara Wellness Resort. Those wishing to smoke can do it in their own privacy at their guestrooms' private terrace or balcony.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Amatara Welleisure Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
