-Bann Sukhumvit 14 is a residential building in prime area of Sukhumvit Road. Bann Sukhumvit comprised of all facilities and easy for all traveling by both BTS and MRT. We located nearby MRT with only 1 minute’s walk or 50 meters from Asoke Station. -Bann Sukhumvit 14 is in between Terminal 21 Shopping Center and Robinsson Department Store nearby Benjakiti Park and Emporium Department Store where you can easily shopping at your best satisfaction. - Bann Sukhumvit 14 is residential building comprised of 20 room services. We have room at 177 sqm for 5 rooms, room at 100 sqm for 6 rooms and 85 sqm for 5 rooms. Most rooms are fully rented for yearly contract. Now, we would like to offer room for short term rental of minimum 5 room nights at 90 sqm for 4 guests (2 bedrooms 2 bath with 1 central room. -Bann Sukhumvit 14 has 24 hours security services with key card of each room. We have CCTV in each floor where guests can fully confident in our security services.
