Stay in Patong’s only beachfront house! This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-full function bathroom, 3- Toilet. 3-story home offers a stylish blend of rustic, minimalist, and cream-tone designs. Steps away (50m) from the bustling Patong Beach, enjoy thrilling water sports, local Thai massages, and a vibrant dining scene. Ideal for families or groups, the house features spacious living areas, modern amenities, and a cozy ambiance for unforgettable getaways. 📢： Quiet time: 23:00-07:00 ~Smoking indoors will be fine at 5000THB per time. ~Please refrain from disposing of tissues and any other items in the toilet as it may cause blockage and result in a repair fee of 1000THB per occurrence. ~Due to the high cost of electricity in Thailand and the fact that our room rates are already the most competitive, we must charge for electricity usage at a rate of 7 Thai baht per kWh.But don’t worry, for normal electricity usage, the daily cost is approximately 300 Thai baht. Thank you for your understand ding and responsible use of resources. The electric meter is located in front of the house and can be checked daily.
